PS|Receiver™ is an iPod/iPhone/iPad application designed for mailrooms, acting as a complementary tool to the web-based PS|Ship™ mailroom management software. It aids mailroom personnel in monitoring letters and packages from the moment they reach the central mailroom until they are delivered to their intended recipients. The optional scanner sleds available for iPods enable staff to conveniently, rapidly, and accurately scan address labels and other barcodes like location and personal ID details.

PS|Receiver establishes automatic communication with PS|Ship cloud servers through Wi-Fi connections, enabling PS|Ship administrators to remotely configure and secure devices. Both recipients and senders can track the precise status of their packages within the building as they go through arrival, departure from the mailroom, movement within the premises (with optional waypoint scans), delivery confirmation, non-signature drop-offs (when applicable), or return to the mailroom as undeliverable. Moreover, PS|Receiver manages outgoing mail and package collections from individual offices back to the central mailroom until they are handed off to a commercial carrier.
